Working through a set series of self development classes in small groups, gaining valuable skills so that you can take greater control of your life and improve your confidence.

Working with people with Learning disabilities &/or Autism spectrum disorders

Simon and Chrissie have over 30 years experience in working (and living) with people with autism and learning disabilities. In their partner company,  they provide social care training to local and national companies.

We are able to understand and adapt to individual needs and have extensive skills in working with people who may suffer with anxiety disorders, PTSD, stress, and frustration.

Our aim, regardless of diagnosis, is to help people with their issues and listen to them, in whatever form of communication they choose.


Working with Children & Young Adults

Chrissie is trained in working with children and young adults, using a skilled and friendly language style to really understand the child or young person, rather than presuming we know what they are thinking (and expecting them to understand us)

Her work with children and young adults is based on  teaching the person to positively use their own emotions as they connect with them, understand the purpose of emotions and learn how to control them.

Her work has helped children and young people gain a greater understanding of the impact their behaviour has on others and how to manage this effectively, reducing angry emotions and developing skills of resilience and assertiveness.

We all get a little stuck at times and these wellbeing cards can help you get out of old habits and into new ones. In changing your thought processes, your physiology and your behaviour, you can literally change your mind.

Research suggests that it takes only 21 days for a habit to form. So, the good news is, you can reprogram your pessimistic thoughts to be more optimistic by adopting positive thinking practices, like mindfulness and gratitude, for permanent results.

You have a choice in determining what thoughts you receive. The more positive your thoughts, the more positive you become.
