Our aim is to help you to achieve the change that you want, in a way that works for you.
Often we will describe our work as ‘de-hypnotising’, changing the way that you have been thinking about things in order to create positive change.
Each session is individualised to you. We use many different techniques and do not get you to re-live painful memories over and over again. In fact, it is possible for us to help you without even knowing the details of previous negative experiences.
When we use hypnosis, we only use light trance – so you are aware of everything going on and you are in control at all times. Much of our techniques are based on the use of different tools and techniques that you can continue to use after the session. In fact, most therapy takes place between sessions, as subtle changes can be the change that makes the difference.
Traditionally, the types of issues we help people with are listed below. If the issue you would like help with isn’t listed, don’t worry, because if you think your mind is a factor in your problem, then we can probably help you.
